http://openaerialmap.org/licensing/ clearly states that all OAM
imagery is licensed either under CC-BY-3.0 or PD. Sorry, it's CC-BY
not CC-BY-SA (I was mistaken) but CC-BY licensed works can be
incorporated into CC-BY-SA licensed works.
