[OSM-talk] Fixing duplicate nodes/ways

Recently, I'm having problems using the fix button in the duplicate
nodes of the Validator plugin.  I am aware that these were duplicates
with no other ways connected.  But using the fix button gives me a 412
error.  Manually editing duplicated nodes doesn't give me 412s.
