[OSM-talk] cycleways

Here in Pine Rivers (SE Qld, Australia) the cycle routes are
(supposedly - it varies in practice) marked with white on blue bicycle
signs.  Sometimes there is other information as well (route name,
distances, directions to different places).   So I suspect that it is
part of a bicycle route.

This does not mean that there is any special provision for bicycles,
though.  I wouldn't mark it as a bike lane or similar unless there is
some other sign of this.
