[OSM-talk] Need Help Bulk Uploading some POIs

I will modify my script to make the numbers negative and add a source
tag.  

I will wait for some boilerplate text from the foundation and then ask
permission from the company before I upload anything.

I suspect that we will encounter other companies with data in this
format, as it seems to be what the Garmin car navigation systems use for
input.
