[OSM-talk] Attention Chicago and Illinois mappers!

Please take a look at my "TIGER upload status" mail that I just sent.
I'd like to upload the census bureau's data for your area, and I know
that you've done a ton of work already.  So, we need to come up with a
plan to merge the existing data with the TIGER data.

If you can, give me a list of any IL counties that are empty of mapping
so far, and we can start there.
