[OSM-talk] New Mailing List for US users (and TIGER, of course)

There was a new blurb about this on the RSS feed today, but I wanted to
make sure you all saw it if you don't read the feed.  We have a new
mailing list for those interested in mapping in the US.  It's also where
I plan to post updates to the TIGER upload process.
