[OSM-talk] proposal: "landuse=military" . needful?

landuse=military is a good idea.  

BTW, I contacted the UK Ministry of Defence about danger areas (bombing ranges etc.), asking if they have details they could tell us about.  They said their info was based on Ordnance Survey and thus licensed only for them.  I expected this but it was worth asking ...
