It really isn't.
It's more like.. wait... hang on... it's more like flickr. But we got
geography not photos. damn... that really doesn't work does it?...
ummm.. it's more like ... i'dunno.

I think it can do that already can't it? You always used to be able to
specify the presets file as a URL that got reloaded on every restart.
