[OSM-talk] Render icons for parking areas

Fair enough if this is how it works for car parks for now, but what  
you guys seem to be advocating is a) handle car parks separate to  
other areas and b) label placement through adding nodes to the  
database. Obviously this may well be necessary now, but in the future  
I would hope that really all we need is the area and things get  
handled nicely.
