but what should this be good for?
what can this key do more than the highway key?
if the values are the same like those which can be used for highway, there's
no real advantage in using a new key.
most of the highway values are rather "blurred", a mixture of administrative
and structural attributes which may be well defined within the uk roads
system, but not internationally.
