In the area I'm working on (Cleveland) the data is good, if a little dated.
The one thing I've found is that it is worth it to save your old motorways
as 1. TIGER depicts motorways as a single way and 2. all the ramps
(motorway_links) look like they were drawn by a two-year-old.
