I do not know about any standard, but I connect the one-way segments in such a 
way that a path following the prohibited manoeuvre is not possible to 
achieve. That way, the navigator path-finding algorithms (Dijsktra anyone?) 
won't build a way going through a prohibited turn.


That way, anything more complex than a sinple roundabout becomes a real mess, 
but I think that, in the long run, it'll be simpler than creating more tags 
to represent this.
