What is the official method for creating a river?  The Susquehanna river runs
through my city.  It is big and convoluted enough that I don't think marking a
linear way with natural=river is going to be good enough.  Should I make it an
area natural=water and treat is as though it is a very long, narrow lake?

I'm also not sure how to deal with the many islands on the river.  I assume I
would create an enclosed way of some sort?
