[OSM-talk] Accidentally deleted way, how to restore?

I accidentally deleted a way in JOSM and uploaded my changes (yeah yeah,
review changes *all* the way to the bottom of the list). Since the way
is gone I cannot easily find it's history (actually, if it was in the
planet.osm that MetaCarta's tilecache is running on, I might find it
there). I imagine this is a fairly common occurence, so perhaps this
could be put in the wiki by people in the know:

* How do I roll back an edit?
* How do I see latest modified *ways* around (lat, lon) - I can only
  find an RSS feed for nodes.
* How do I see my (latest) edits?
