If you're asking about the rendered streetmap tiles, they use URLs of the 
form:
 - http://dev.openstreetmap.org/~ojw/Tiles/tile.php/14/8168/5401.png
 - http://artem.dev.openstreetmap.org/osm_tiles/9/254/169.png

The Z/X/Y numbers are the same as google maps uses, there's a page about it at 
http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/index.php/Slippy_map_tilenames
