To, both of the above.

Unclassified and residential are not the same as I see it. (refering to the 
UK).  I use residential for col=de=sacs and small streets that are only 
accessed by the residence.  The road therefore is for residential use, not 
for threw traffic.  Some renders may wish to display them differently, and 
route planning should avoid them.   I  could list quite a few notciable 
differences with the 2 but I shant bore you.
