As far as I know I am the only one who has currently contributed any data to
the Baghdad area.
I'm not sure if I under the terms of my contributing it to OSM I can put
this into the public domain, but if I can then I am willing to do so.
If I am not the only one who has contributed data, then I assume someone
with more knowledge than me can strip out the contributions which are not
mine.]#]
When I started mapping Baghdad I had two aims:
1) see what was possible solely using Yahoo imagery
2) Generate publicity for OSM- therefore it would be a pity if it could be
used by ITN
Also though its not been specifically cleared up on the mailing lists, my
understanding is that combining something completely different (in this case
a Google Image) with OSM data, does not create a derived work, where the
Google image has to be issued under CC-BY-SA.
