It's insane. Not even npemaps.org.uk or our own site freethepostcode.org
can use the maps.

We don't need a lawyer, we need some terms and conditions and a
checkbox. See:

What is needed is that we must empty the DB. Users need to tick a box
that says they agree to the foundataion's terms. Once they have ticked
it, their data can be reinserted into the DB. We could have an overlap
period where we are displaying all data, but collecting agreements from
people, but we must delete all tainted data ASAP.

We cannot go on as we are. We shouldn't have to wait for the conference.
OSM should not be using a license that even it can't comply with.

ITN are a huge opportunity - we can't afford to let things like this go.
