Hello David
dev is currently re-building indexes on mysql.
I believe the database is somewhat fragmented, hence the very high I/O wait
compared to actual processing going on.
Machine isn't swapping. More memory is always useful when using large databases
as the data tends to be cached by kernel. Give me some cash, I'll fit more!
