I have added a sender policy framework DNS entry for openstreetmap.org.

This means if your MTA implements a sender policy framework to verify the mail
has come from the domain it says it is from, openstreetmap mail should pass the
test.

For more information about SPF:
http://www.openspf.org/

Our SPF entry is:
v=spf1 a:mail.openstreetmap.org ip4:80.68.94.95 -all

Any mail implementing SPF should immediately clear the mail against the ip4
address. If mail.openstreetmap.org is moved to another address, mail should
still check-out.

Likewise, this tells MTAs to discard mail which purports to come from
openstreetmap.org but does not originate from our server.
