I had been meaning to look into this myself, but haven't had the time -
doesn't getResource() look both in the JAR file, and if it's not there,
in something resembling the same path in the local filesystem? If so, it
should be possible to add one's own pictures without recompiling the
plugin - if we can just figure out exactly where it's looking :)
