It looks good to me, but I suppose we'd need a good guide to the difference 
between caution, difficult and impossible. Also, what kind of vehicle does it 
assume? There's a big difference between passing in a mini, a family car, a 
big fat SUV and an HGV :-)

Could you, or somebody else, very briefly summarise what these mean? The 
summaries included by Ben weren't very descriptive.
