According to stats there is some user (hasn't set a name) with tens of
thousands of edits each day, so presumably it's a script running from
about 18:00 to 24:00 UTC each day. if the owner could be persuaded to
shift this to 6:00 to 12:00 UTC it would have much less impact because
almost no editing takes place there if I read the munin pages
correctly, that is.
