[OSM-talk] Coastlines

Perhaps just add coastlines in vicinity of captured road nets, or in areas of active developement untill you get some of the technical issues reloved or upgraded? I have a very hard time uploading as my upload hours that I am awake and not working seems not to be the best time anyhow.
