I don't know Trackmaster, but there's probably a way to do it.

However, Trackmaster seems to be made to trace track over available maps 
or aerial photography. (http://www.gpstm.com/screenshots.php)

If you trace your tracks using existing maps, there won't be accepted on 
OpenStreetMap. (except if you have access to out of copyright maps, or 
maps with a friendly license (the OSM applet use Y! imagery, but it's 
the result of an agreement with Yahoo))
