Hi Francis,
Welcome to OSM. Its great to get international involvement - where
abouts in Brazil are you?
I'm not totally sure which product you are talking about - is trackmaster:

Bascially if you can get you data into any (almost) GPS format, you
can convert to GPX using GPSBabel and then upload to the server. If
you are tracing tracks, you have to know the source of the image you
are tracing from etc etc.
Anyway, could you clarify which project you are wanting to use?
