Wow! Ok, well, the code's finished for v0.1. You can test it on a
machine with a planet-derived OSM db and, assuming the right libraries
(Ming, Ruby-Web) it'll work very happily - not that this is of more
than academic interest, as it will only write to the local db. Nick W
has got it working on his dev account.
As for deployment on the server, I think Steve might want to tweak the
server interaction script (which is in Ruby) so it's Rails-capable for
the forthcoming port. But he can doubtless expand on that, and on when
it might make it to the live box.
Meanwhile I'm continuing to refine it and add features. The outline
docs at http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/index.php/Potlatch will give you
a flavour of what it's like, if you've not seen them.
