As I am from Germany highway=unclassified didn't make much sense to me,
so I didn't use it at first (was mapping residential streets anyway,
with the occasional primary or secondary road) minor would be less
accurate in a UK road classification sense, but much more translateable
for users around the world, in my eyes at least.
