[OSM-talk] Marking a county border

I'm wondering if anybody has anything I can use to mark Northamptonshire
County border, and more specifically the south-Northants district. This is
the area I've been mapping for some time, and unlike a town/city there is no
way of knowing when I've got to the edge, so I really need to add a border
to head for. There are very very few country border signs, although there
are some clear indications when you switch counties. footpath/bridleway
signs change and for the South of the county the border runs around the edge
of the uplands, so If there is no good available data I can make an ok
guess.
I think the South-Northants district recently changed so I can't just
reference an old map. I would like to get it as detailed as posible
though. Wikipedia has a very small map of the district/county but its tiny,
and I'm not clear where there data was taken from anyway.
Thanks,
Ben
