[OSM-talk] middle aged car driving golf players?

The Mapnik site looks great, but shouldn’t it not have a more appropriate
attribution and usage information associated with it? The ‘OpenStreetMap’
text is not a link and the ‘Terms if Use’ next to it are Googles rather than
OSMs. Could the publisher of this site please take a look. If the publisher
doesn’t read this list could someone forward it to them?

Thanks,

Peter

Has anyone set up a site with either a Google API map or an OpenLayers

map where you can switch between Google and OSM maps? That would make

comparison so much easier. Could a Google layer be added to

informationfreeway.org or are there technical (legal, political?) obstacles?

Would it even be possible to display two maps side by side, and whenever

you zoom/pan in one of them, adjust the other as well?

Have a look at http://media.mapnik.org/oxford-osm.html. You could setup
something similar.
