Good point, well spotted.

Incidentally we really ought to set a good example ourselves.  The data
published by the API (eg http://www.openstreetmap.org/api/0.4/way/100) does
not contain the required copyright or attribution notices.  OSM itself is
currently violating the project's license terms.
