I noticed there is only one type of fuel station specified in the wiki 
(amenity=fuel). I don't know about the world, but here in Finland there 
are two basic types of fuel stations, cold (unmanned) and warm (manned) 
stations. The big difference is that at a cold station you can only get 
fuel. If you are lucky, there might be a snack machine and you can get a 
chocolate bar. A manned station has other services as well, like food, 
toilets, basic spare parts, etc. Should we differentiate between these 
two types of stations? I'm envisioning a simple fuel pump map icon for 
the cold stations and an "enriched" one for manned stations.
