[OSM-talk] RFC: Trail

Please read and comment on my proposal for "trails"
(http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/index.php/Proposed_features/Trail)
synopsis: provides a tag for a non-specific path.  deprecates
highway=cycleway, highway=bridleway, highway=footway.  Instead, the
"restrictions" series of tags should be used to specify any restrictions.
