[OSM-talk] Deprecation/move of incorrect tags

Maybe we just wait two more days and see what Andy Robinson has to  
propose in his STAGS talk at SOTM; it sounds as if he might have  
suggestions for a more structured tag framework altogether. No idea  
what his talk is about, I just read the title ;-)
