[OSM-talk] For the foundation AGM

As I think the AGM is important, I've added a wiki page
http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/index.php/Foundation/AGM07

with a sketch of an agenda etc. on it. Please can someone more official
than me clarify how we propose things for the AGM etc. Is it good enough
to just write things on that wiki page for now, then have some
discussion here, and/or on the wiki discussion pages, then hopefully by
the time of the AGM the debate will be largely finished, people who
can't come will have chosen proxies, and voting can be swift.
