[OSM-talk] JOSM Surveyor/LiveGps Plugin

Hi!

Frederik helped to allow to create a plugin that depends on another (was 
a problem before due to classloading mechanism). So I removed the 
livegps part from surveyor plugin again. So the latest version of 
surveyor plugin needs the latest version of livegps plugin to be able to 
work. I compiled them both and put the new jar files in the web.

Remember you need the latest josm (31st of may/1st of june) as well!

Source of surveyor and livegps can be found in osm's svn repository.
