I like having the idea of a camp tag, but feel that scout_camp may be
too specific.  In the states there are many different types of camps
which could include: church camps, boy scout camps, girl scout camps
(yes they're different on this side of the pond), commercial camp
grounds, etc.

Would the tag amenity=camp with some variety of type= tag work?  In
the case of church camps, an additional tag would be included with the
sect/denomination involved similar to churches.
