[OSM-talk] RFC: local government centre

Hullo,

I proposed amenity=civic_centre as a value ages ago (Oct 2006). After a
little discussion about arts facilities connected to civic centres in the
UK, it morphed into a proposal for local government offices.

It has languished on the wiki for a while now without any comment or
voting. It would be good if people could indicate if they agree with it,
think it needs more work, etc.
