[OSM-talk] Volunteer needed

I'm looking for a volunteer to help with the planning of a State of the Map
activity.

The idea person would have the following capabilities:

* Will be attending the State of the Map conference
* Has some local knowledge of Manchester
* Has a few hours spare time over the next two weeks
* Enjoys cryptic puzzles

None of these requirements are mandatory (except a bit of spare time) but
any of them would help with the task.
