If the purpose is to tell an autorouter what to do, then we can
consider allowing users to write scripts or programs in tags, e.g.
localtime.hour >= 6 && localtime.hour < 22 ? 30 : 60. Then we will
need to write a full spec as to which language(s) are valid and what
the parameters are.

If the purpose is to render it, we can consider developing a TeX or
SVN like language for capturing the contents of any roadsign.
