[OSM-talk] Osmarender tertiary

I think it's great the tertiary roads are now differentiated from
unclassified, but is it only me who finds the yellow tertiary roads
a bit jarring? Have a look at

The other colours are more muted, which makes the tertiary stand out
like something ... very very yellow.
