Its a little difficult to test with map 160, as I believe you first need to
download some OSM data before loading the rectified image, and with a quick
look at the area covered by # 160 I cant find any existing OSM data in that
area.
Try going to Baghdad downloading a bit of OSM data, and then trying to load
rectified image #79 , which works fine for me. The following URL should
work in JOSM
