What exactly do you mean by a "single track" road? Do you mean a road
that is really only wide enough for one car even though it's two-way?
They exist in many countries and so far I've just marked them
"unclassfied" or occasionally "service".
How exactly would they render other than what is available? Personally
I would vote for the width= tag working for all road types...
