The idea was to create 'simplified' motorway/trunk/primary/secondary/ 
rail table. But 'simplify' function in PostGIS produced undesirable  
results and I left it as it is. It shouldn't contain 'footway' or  
'Osrkustbanan', looks like bug to me.
