[OSM-talk] index of names

Just for fun I tried to create an index of names used in the planet dump
and got: <http://www.mozoft.com/OSM/names/osm_names_20070425.html>.
Warning: it is about 25MB so you probably want to try
<http://www.mozoft.com/OSM/names/osm_names_20070425.html.bz2> instead. The
zipped file is "only" 3.5MB. :-)

I failed to get a position for some names, I don't know why yet. Also
this index is based on the dump from last week and only strict
"name" keys are included. I will update it later with a new dump and
include more keys.
