[OSM-talk] only partial loading of ways with JOSM?

I have got the same problem as Peter.
Incomplete ways wail loading an area in JOSM.
After "Download Incomplete Objects" there are the segments, but not
recognized as the rest of the way.

I also have an other problem. Old (deleted or moved) nodes, are back
in some areas.
Unfortunately I don't have an example, because I removed them again.
