[OSM-talk] Error 412

When I try to upload from JOSM its giving me "An-error occured: 412 
precondition Failed".  It pops up straight away now, while if I do some 
editing ontop of the already exsiting queue a bit will upload first.  So am 
I correct to asume that the problem is the first bit of the string of data 
that needs to be uploaded, and therefore is it posible for me to find out 
where this data is somehow and correct it?

I have quite a bit of data, so manually searching the map data in JOSM would 
take a long long time, and because of all the changes going on in OSM I have 
accumulated a lot of edits that I now can't upload, so I really don't want 
to just chuck it and start again, Its also the area I'm currently mapping, 
so until I've uploaded this lot I can't really edit on...super frustrating.

Any advice?
