[OSM-talk] Error 412

Hi,

That's a problem in CURL<->lightttpd interaction. LA2 had the same issue 
with the coastline upload thingy and I pointed him to a web site 
describing the issue. He hasn't replied but from his Wiki journal I saw 
that it seems to have helped. See:
