What do you mean by "live feed"? You can utilise map image tiles from
osm and if you like overlay them with extra data, or make requests for
OSM data through the published API for processing on demand on your
server.

different server.

What you can't do is receive live updates from the server as our data
changes. Grabbing the weekly planet file is the best bet in that case.
