Maybe instead of marking hazards there should be a "completness" tag? It
isn't possible to make a complete map with one ways, speed limits etc.
That kind of tag would allow finding incomplete roads in areas that seem
to be mapped. I think there are at least 3 stages of mapping: placement
and naming, purpose and accessibility (motorway, one
way), additional information (speed limits etc.). Am I talking gibberish
or does it make sense? (night shifts don't let you function properly the
next day).
